Bedford tops the list of most expensive cities for New Hampshire’s household bills

Rochester is the most affordable New Hampshire city for household bills

Out of 78 cities and towns, Rochester is the most affordable place in New Hampshire, with residents paying $1,911 on average for household bills. Household bills account for 41% of local income in Rochester.
